Building Fund 60 KM Walk
Brother Milo Frederique of the Brothers of Christian Instruction and Principal of The College of St. Joseph in Cap-Haitien, Haiti is organizing a 60 KM Walk to the Citadelle and back. The purpose of this Walk is to raise funds for new construction for the Secondary part of the school.
The Walk is tentatively schedule for March 16, 2003. Additional participants in the Walk will include students, teachers, parents, former students and friends.
In support of this fundraising endeavor by Brother Milo Council 3777 membership voted to donate $1,000.00 towards the new construction project. It is expected that Brother Milo will document the event and provide some photo material for later sharing on the Council's web site.
Brother Milo is a graduate of Walsh University and has been a Brother for 18 years. He is in his fourth assignment as Principal in his home country of Haiti.
