Sancta Clara Monastery Success
Facing a just-in-time marketing and sales window one month before Christmas 2002, Sr. Marion Zeltman of the Poor Clares of Perpetual Adoration at Sancta Clara Monastery in Canton, Ohio teamed up with Council 3777 representatives to bring the Sister's Christmas Music CD to market. Grand Knight Mike
NcNulty was instrumental in securing funds to reproduce, label and package the CD's. Under his leadership many Council 3777 volunteers, local businesses and
Organizations stepped in to sell the CD for the Sister's.
Business owners made available critical sales space at their establishment. Council members offered the CD for purchase following Saturday and Sunday
Masses. A flyer was produced and distributed throughout the area offering the option of purchase-by- mail.
As a result of everyone's efforts, Sr. Marion reported that sales had topped the $20,000.00 plateau by early January! This is truly an example of how God works through others to achieve blessed results. As icing on the cake, the locally produced vocal recordings really are a wonderful joy to listen to any time of year. The CD is still available for purchase and will be offered again in time for Christmas 2003. Rumor has it that the Sister's have another collection of songs that may be
additionally offered on CD in 2003 as well. Check out the Take Notice section of this web site for current details.
